Ingredients
  • 4 cups watermelon
  • ½ English Cucumber, unpeeled
  • 6 sprigs parsley
  • 6 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
  • 4 packs Stevia
  • 1½ cups Spring or Filtered Water
  • 1½ cups Ice
Instructions
  1. Cut up the watermelon.
  2. Place watermelon and parsley in blender.
  3. Add hemp seeds, stevia and water.
  4. Add Ice.
  5. Blend on high until smooth
  6. Garnish glass with a cucumber slice
