Tropical Smoothies (Paleo, Vegan)

Allow yourself to be transported to the with these tropical smoothies. This one contains papaya, avocado and banana.
  • 1 Papaya
  • 4 cups Coconut Water (fresh or canned)
  • 1 small bunch of Parsley
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • Ice
  1. Wash and rinse everything. Cut the papaya in half and discard all of the seeds. Scoop it out. Peel and cut the banana into small pieces. Cut the avocado in half and discard the seed. Scoop it out. Place the papaya, banana, avocado, hemp seeds and parsley in the blender. Add the 4 cups of coconut water and stevia. Add ice until the blender is ¾ of the way full. Blend for 2 minutes and enjoy.
