Chia Seed Recipes for Drinks - Lemonade

These chia seed recipes are easy to make. This one contains lemon juice.
  • 16 ounces of water
  • 2 packs of Stevia or 1-2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  1. Put the water, lemon juice and sweetener into a mason jar and put the lid on it.
  2. Add the chia seeds.
  3. Shake it up so that all of the seeds are covered in the liquid.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Shake it up before you drink it as the seeds can get clumpy.
  6. Drink and enjoy.
