  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 leaves Kale
  • 6 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
  • 3 cups Filtered or Spring Water
  • 2 cups Ice
  1. Peel and chop fruits and vegetables.
  2. Place in blender.
  3. Add hemp seeds, stevia and coconut water.
  4. Add Ice.
  5. Blend on high until smooth
