- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 banana
- 3 leaves Kale
- 6 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
- 3 cups Coconut Water
- 2 cups Ice
- Peel and chop fruits and vegetables.
- Place in blender.
- Add hemp seeds, stevia and coconut water.
- Add Ice
- Blend on high until smooth
