  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 3 leaves Kale
  • 6 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
  • 3 cups Coconut Water
  • 2 cups Ice
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop fruits and vegetables.
  2. Place in blender.
  3. Add hemp seeds, stevia and coconut water.
  4. Add Ice
  5. Blend on high until smooth
