- 4 cups watermelon
- ½ English Cucumber, unpeeled
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 6 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
- 4 packs Stevia
- 1½ cups Spring or Filtered Water
- 1½ cups Ice
- Cut up the watermelon.
- Place watermelon and parsley in blender.
- Add hemp seeds, stevia and water.
- Add Ice.
- Blend on high until smooth
- Garnish glass with a cucumber slice
