- 2 Pears
- 3 ribs of celery
- 6 sprigs Parsley
- 1 small avocado
- 6 tablespoons Hemp Seeds (like this)
- 4 pack Stevia
- 3 cups Spring or Filtered Water
- 2 cups Ice
- Peel and chop fruits and vegetables.
- Place in blender.
- Add hemp seeds, Stevia and water.
- Add Ice.
- Blend on high until smooth.
