Ingredients
  • 2 Pears
  • 3 ribs of celery
  • 6 sprigs Parsley
  • 1 small avocado
  • 6 tablespoons Hemp Seeds (like this)
  • 4 pack Stevia
  • 3 cups Spring or Filtered Water
  • 2 cups Ice
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop fruits and vegetables.
  2. Place in blender.
  3. Add hemp seeds, Stevia and water.
  4. Add Ice.
  5. Blend on high until smooth.
