Mango Pomegranite Guacamole

- 1 cup Mango, chopped
- ½ cup Pomagranite Seeds
- 3 Avocados
- 2 Limes
- 1 cup Tomatoes
- 3 Green Onion
- ½ cup Cilantro, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan or Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Vegetables for dipping (I suggest carrots, celery, pepper, cucumber and artichoke leaves)
- Chop the avocado and place in a large bowl.
- Juice the limes.
- Chop the tomato and the mango.
- Remove the seeds from the pomagranite.
- Thinly slice the green onions.
- Chop the cilantro.
- Measure out the salt and pepper.
- Mash up the avocado. I use a masher that you would use to mash potatoes to do this. You could also use a fork.
- Add the lime juice, salt and pepper to the chopped avocado. Mix thoroughly
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Garnish with a little extra cilantro.
- Chop the vegetables for dipping.
- Serve and enjoy.
