Fig Appetizer with Goat Cheese and Bacon

This Fig Appetizer with Goat Cheese and Bacon makes an amazing appetizer. It has a nice combination of flavors and is perfect for a party or pot luck.
  • 1 pound of Figs
  • 1 pound of Bacon without nitrates
  • 2 ounces of creamy Goat Cheese
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the figs in half.
  3. Scoop out a small circle in the center of each half fig.
  4. Fill with goat cheese.
  5. Cook the bacon so it is cooked all the way but not crispy.
  6. Put the two halves of the figs together.
  7. Wrap with bacon.
  8. Secure with a toothpick.
  9. Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
