Fig Appetizer with Goat Cheese and Bacon

- 1 pound of Figs
- 1 pound of Bacon without nitrates
- 2 ounces of creamy Goat Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the figs in half.

- Scoop out a small circle in the center of each half fig.

- Fill with goat cheese.

- Cook the bacon so it is cooked all the way but not crispy.
- Put the two halves of the figs together.
- Wrap with bacon.
- Secure with a toothpick.
- Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
