This is a light, refreshing meal, perfect served with a bottle of organic white wine or sparkling mineral water and asparagus.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Wild Halibut (I don't think any Halibut is farm-raised as this writing but double check as farm-raised fish are very unhealthy)
- 3 tablespoons Grass-Fed Butter (like this)
- 1½ tablespoons Tapioca Starch (like this) or Arrowroot (like this)
- 1¼ cups of Vegetable Broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh Dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Extra dill for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.
- Place a small amount of salt and pepper on the Halibut.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add tapioca starch, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir constantly for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the dill at the end.
- Place the Halibut on dinner plates.
- Pour the sauce over the Halibut.
- Garnish with dill springs and serve.
- Enjoy!
