Hi, my name is Susanne and welcome to Mind Body Oasis.  This blog focuses on all aspects of nutrition, holistic living and wellness.  This blog is filled with all kinds of practical, real-world ideas and tips to help you lead a healthier lifestyle and eat real food, and save time and money.

I don’t really subscribe to one eating plan as I believe everyone’s body chemistry is different, but we do focus on real food here; grass-fed meats, pastured poultry and eggs, wild fish and game, organic fruits, berries and vegetables, natural sweeteners, healthy fats, and all of the recipes are gluten-free and grain-free.   There are vegetarian options for many of the recipes.  This blog is also very food allergy friendly.  Everything is gluten and grain free, none of the recipes have soy, and there are no dairy in the recipes except for a couple with goat cheese.

You’ll also get a lot of simple and easy tips to lead a healthier lifestyle.  You’ll learn easy ways to avoid GMOs, save money on organic food, reduce exposure to toxins and EMFs, sleep better, and exercise more efficiently, and much, much more.

Holistic Lifestyle.  In this section, you’ll find all kinds of articles on how to live a healthier lifestyle.  There are tips for weight loss, reducing toxins, sleep, exercise, reducing stress, inspirational quotes, and how to use your mind to heal your body.
